JDW is a family owned business that is currently ran by the J of JDW. Jon has been working in the warehouse since the beginning. The D is for David and W is for Wendy, the two other children of Gary and Anne Kearley, founders of JDW. Jon's wife, Missy, also works in the office and as the company's graphic artist. All the employees at JDW are considered family and we wouldn't be where we are without them.
